CFS International Formations Limited have designed a free Company Secretarial Service which will obtain the most up to date information about your company directly from Companies House within seconds and display this on a Company Summary page.
You can update and record any changes that may have taken place once you register a company.
All you need are the Company Registration Number and the Web Filing Code.
If the company formation was made through our system then you can just select your company name from a drop down box.
From the Company Summary page you will be able to view, add, remove or change details and then submit them directly to Companies House.
You will also be able to see the filing history and many other details about any company.
Please Note:
Any changes to the limited company registration including the Registered Office Address, Directors, Secretaries or Shareholders must be notified to Companies House.
Our Secretarial Service is a unique system that will enable you to have a computerised Company History showing all the details that you have previously entered all at your fingertips.

Every company must deliver an Annual Return to Companies House at least once every 12 months. It has 28 days from the date to which the return is made up to do this. To help you meet this filing requirement Companies House will send a reminder to the Registered Office Address of the company in advance. Companies House must make the information held about registered companies available to anyone who wants to see it. So the information you send will be added to your companies record and will be available for public inspection. Records held at Companies House are sometimes used to check the legitimacy of a company and its directors before credit or loans are made therefore it is important that the records are correct.
