    Companies House changes for the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 




    Electronic Filing Services including UK Incorporations

    Companies House will be offline for most of the day on Thursday 30th June, but unfortunately they are unable to say for how long.

     

     

    As a result of these changes there will be delays from Companies House in processing filings but every endeavor will be made to return to normal service as soon as possible.

     

    Changes Summary

    Companies House Price reductions,  the full price reductions will be passed onto yourselves.

    SIC codes,  At incorporation it will be a requirement to supply the type of business your company will be trading as.

    PSC, There is a new requirement to supply details of Persons with Significant Control within your company.

     

    Same Day Services

    Same day incorporations will be suspended until the 1st July 2016 when normal services will be resumed.

     

    On a more positive note, some Prices will be decreasing as of the 30th June 2016

    The prices will automatically update on our website.
