Registered Office Address Service

The Registered Office Address is the address of a company to which Companies House letters and reminders will be sent. The Inland Revenue also use this address to send mail unless notified otherwise. The Registered Office can be anywhere in England and Wales (or Scotland if your company is registered there). The Registered Office must always be an actual address for delivering documents to the company, PO box addresses are not allowed.

If a company changes its Registered Office Address the new address must be notified to Companies House.

CFS International Formations Limited can provide a Registered Office service for your company with addresses in Doncaster, London or Glasgow. The post will be forwarded on to you on a weekly basis to the address you specify.
