Included in the Incorporation Documents is a CFS Introduction Page.

If you do not wish to receive the Introduction Page, please set this option to 'No'.

If you wish to receive the Introduction Page, please set this option to 'Yes'

Please Note: If you have your own Introduction Page included within your Company Documents and if this option is set to 'No' the Introduction Page will not be included in the Company Documents.

Address to show on Company Register

The Company Directors are required to enter a Residential Address and Service Address on Incorporation.

If you wish the Directors Service Address to show to be shown on the Incorporation Documents, please set this option to 'Service Address'.

If you wish the Directors Residential Address to be shown on the Incorporation Documents, please set this option to 'Residential Address'

If the Director is also a Secretary or a Subscriber then these addresses will also be affected.
