What is a Current Appointments Report?
A Current Appointments Report is a document that is obtained from Companies House and provides a brief summary of the company information excluding the Shareholders details and the Shareholdings within the company. You can also view what documents have been filed for your company. If you would like to download a document that has been filed for your company, we can assist you with downloading the document.
The report will only show company information that is shown on the public records, this document will not include a signature by anyone at Companies House.
What information is displayed?
A Current Appointments Report shows a wide variety of information about a company, including the following:
