Buying an off the Shelf Company with a VAT registration number from CFS gives you many benefits. You can begin to trade with your VAT number as soon as the Shelf Company is transferred over to you.
We handle all of the company’s transfer process with Companies House and create all the required documents including:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Fully Completed Register with new and previous officer details
- New Share Certificates
- Transfer of Shares document
With all of our Shelf Company’s we include a free name change. This will not affect any future business prospects.
We strive to have the Shelf Company documents dispatched to you the same day as we receive the Company changes; allowing you to start trading the same day.
This does depend on the time your order is submitted and on the workload at Companies House.
VAT Registered Shelf companies
CFS are able to register some shelf companies for VAT and always ensure we have the VAT number before we offer the shelf company for sale.
For VAT Registered Shelf companies, we also deal with transferring the VAT Number over to you. We complete all the required documents as much as we are able to and they are despatched to you along with the Company Documents.
There will be some sections on the forms that the new Director of the company will need to complete and sign.
Please note once you have purchased the Shelf Company and have provided your new company details, you will be responsible for all future filings of VAT Returns with HMRC.
