If you would like to use your own personal Memorandum and Articles for your company incorporations, you can upload the file on this page. For each new incorporation you process, you will be able to select the Articles you have uploaded. 
Please allow 1-2 working hours for your new Memorandum and Articles to be available to use. We will confirm when it is ready.
