What accounts would I need to file?
Depending on whether your company has traded or not will depend on which Accounts you will need to file, if your company has not traded you will be required to file Dormant Company Accounts and if your company has traded you will need to file the Trading Accounts.
When restoring a company all the Accounts must be filed by Paper. If your company is Dormant we will prepare the accounts for you.
If your company has traded, we will require you to provide us with a copy of all the outstanding trading accounts. We will inform you which trading accounts are outstanding.
When do I need to file the Accounts for a Restoration?
If your company is being restored and you have outstanding accounts, you will be required to order this additional service. Upon receipt of your order, we will email you requesting a copy of the Accounts (if traded) or we will send you a copy of the accounts to sign (if not traded), the original signed copies will need to be sent to our office.
The outstanding accounts must be filed with the company restoration documents and your company cannot be restored without all the outstanding documents.
How long does it take for my Restoration to be complete?
Once we have all the relevant documents for the company restoration, it usually takes around 7 working days for a company to be restored back to the Register of Companies.
