What is a Company Register?
All UK companies are legally required to keep a register detailing the company officers and members. The register contains all of the standard legal sections required under the Companies Act 2006, with a full and permanent record of your company statutory details. Many Incorporation agents and accountants do not supply the register.
Why do I need a Company Register?
The company register is a legal requirement and is not provided by many formation agents, including Companies House.
All UK Companies must ensure that they have a company register containing all their officer details, and the Person with Significant Control (PSC).
This service includes us to fully complete a Company Register for your company, we will obtain information about the officers of your company and we will ensure that all the required information is completed on the Company Register.
Please note that this service includes us adding 4 different officers to the Register. If the company has more than 4 officers, additional charges will occur.

What is a Register of Directors?
The register of directors contains information about directors who have been appointed/resigned since the company was incorporated. The following information is displayed on the Register of Directors:
• Name – including Forename and Surname
• Date of birth
• Address
• Usual country of residence
• Nationality
• Occupation
• Date Appointed / Terminated

What is a Register of Members and Shares?
The register of Members and Shares contains information about shareholders who have been appointed/resigned since the company was incorporated. The following information is displayed on the Register of Members:
• Name – including Forename and Surname
• Address
• Amount of Shares held
• Class of Shares
• Amount paid or unpaid on each share
• Date Appointed / Terminated
If you incorporate your company through us we will complete the document and this will be emailed to you once your company has been incorporated
What is a Register of Person of Significant Control (PSC)?
The register of PSC's contains information about people who have had control of the company since the company was incorporated. The following information is displayed on the Register of PSC's:
• Name – including Forename and Surname
• Date of birth
• Address
• Usual country of residence
• Nationality
• Occupation
• Date Appointed / Terminated
Please note - If we are unable to deliver the company documents due to an incorrect address or no-response to our emails requesting an alternative address within four weeks of the order date the documents will be safely disposed of. If these documents are required after they have been safely disposed of we will require payment again.
