A minimum of 1 Director and 1 Subscriber/Shareholder is required for a UK company formation. You can appoint one individual to be both Director and Shareholder within the company. This is achieved by selecting both Director and Shareholder when inputting the designated positions of the officer.
Please do not try and appoint the same person twice you must select how many positions they are acting in at this stage.
