How can I get certified documents and why are they needed?
Certified documents are requested to be able to setup an Offshore Company. The documents allow us to conduct checks on the officers wishing to set up a new offshore company. Therefore we request certain documents for each officer.
A suitable certifier must certify that he or she has seen the original documentation, and that a copy of the document provided (which he or she certifies) is a complete and accurate copy of that original. For further information on obtaining certified documents, please click here
