What is a Company Register?

It is a Register that details the company officers and members. The Register contains all of the standard legal sections required under the company’s act 2006. It should be kept up to date with all changes that occur within the company.

What is a Share Certificate?

It shows details of who the Shareholder is within the company. It usually contains the Shareholders name, address and how many shares they hold.
