If you would like to setup a company where the shares have different rights / voting rights, you will be required to add a different share class to the company.
The most common type of share classes which are used are:
- Ordinary Shares
- Preference Shares
- Non-Voting Shares
- Class A (Alphabet Shares)
- Class B (Alphabet Shares)
Most formation agents or accountant, do not offer the facility to setup a new company with different share classes and it usually has to be processed by paper.
We are able to incorporate companies with different share classes electronically, this means that it only takes around 24 hours to setup the company!
