Every UK Limited company is required to have a Registered Office Address in the UK.
If you do not have an address in the UK, or you would like to keep your address confidential, we offer a number of Registered Office services, all valid for a period of 12 months.
It is important to keep this address up-to date, or renew the service on an annual basis, if you have ordered this from us.
If the service is not renewed the company will not receive their Registered Office post as the service will no longer be valid. The company address will also be marked as invalid with Companies House, which will affect the good standing status of your company and it will be visible to anyone searching your company, they will be able to see that the company does not have a valid address in the UK.
You are able to renew a Registered Office service with CFS, by logging into the website with your username and password and selecting the Dashboard. On the right hand menu, select Registered Office/Forwarding addresses. Here you can see your companies that require to be renewed.
Select the company from the drop down box and select ‘Renew’. If you require assistance with changing your registered office address, we are able to assist you with this.
