As head of customer relations Rachel is the driving force behind each of our clients receiving a first class customer experience.
With a strong background in business and customer satisfaction Rachel is responsible for ensuring we provide the best services and company communication possible.
Rachel joined the team in 2011 during which time many changes were being implimented for the Companies Act 2006.
We asked Rachel what she likes best about her role at CFS:
“That’s easy to answer, I love dealing with our clients both in the UK and Internationally. Both myself and the team work hard daily to provide the best possible service for our customers and seeing the end result and feedback we receive is extremely rewarding. I’m not sure what other job I could do whereby I get the opportunity to be part of such a positive close knit team. It’s fast paced and there is certainly never a dull moment!”
What do you enjoy when you are not working?
“I really enjoy travelling with my husband, son and daughter, we love to explore new places, I have recently spent time in both America and Finland. “
Rachel is currently working on the ongoing development and promotion of our Incorporation Software.
