As part of the implementation of the EU Fourth Money Laundering Directive, which took effect on the 26th June 2017, the PSC requirements have been updated.
PSC information can no longer be updated on the Confirmation Statement, instead separate forms are now required to appoint, edit or resign a PSC using (similar to Director Appointments and changes).
Companies are still required to file a Confirmation Statement each year to confirm the company details and update any changes to the Company Shares / Share Capital.
You will not notice any difference with our system as we will just file the additional forms in the background. The PSC forms will be filed initially and the Confirmation Statement will be held and filed once the PSC changes have been accepted at Companies House.

If any changes are required to the PSC’s or other information, there is a small fee to file them.
