Processing a Shelf Company

Once you have made the purchase of a Shelf Company, you will be taken to an online application form where you are able to enter the new company details such as the Registered Office Address, Director, Secretary and Shareholder information.

You will also be given the option to use CFS Additional Services, if required.

When you are happy with the details, you will be able to submit the changes through the Shopping Basket. You will also be able to make payment for any additional services. 

The changes are then automatically submitted to Companies House.

Once all the changes have been accepted, we will prepare the company documents ready to be despatched by your chosen delivery method.
