Importance of renewing your Registered Office service


All companies that are registered in the UK are required to have a UK Registered Office Address. Most clients choose to use a CFS Registered Office Address, if they do not have a UK Address or if they do not wish their details to be displayed on public records.

The service that we provide is valid for a period of 12 months, and we will contact you when the service is due for renewal. At this point, you can decide whether you still require our address or you can choose to change the address to an alternative one.

If you still require the use of our Registered Office Address

It is important to ensure that the service is renewed on time. Failure to renew this service, could result in your company not being in good standing.

If the service is not renewed, it will be registered as invalid with Companies House and therefore, the company will not be in good standing. If you then decide to renew the address with us at a later date, administration charges will apply and it will take considerably longer for us to deal with your order due to Companies House procedures.

No longer require our Registered Office service?

If you have purchased our address and decide that you no longer require it, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can ensure the address is updated for you. This will avoid the address being marked as invalid with Companies House and therefore, would not affect the status of your company.
