Some clients or companies require specific personal articles of association. If you would like to set up a company and use your own articles of association, our system provides you with the facility to add your own articles to your new company formation.
Whilst you are going through the formation process you are able to upload your own memorandum and articles of association. This service is available to all clients and is free of charge.
The memorandum and articles must be in a PDF format and must contain your company name and other important information.
If you require specific articles of association for all your company formations, you can pay a one off fee of £25.00 and the articles will be available for you when incorporating each of your companies.
