A Registered Office Account is available to all users which take advantage of our Registered Office services.
When mail is forwarded to an address outside the UK, the postage charges are deducted from the Registered Office Account. Therefore, it is important to ensure that credit is always available on this account, otherwise we will be unable to forward on the post.
The Registered Office Account can be accessed from the right hand menu on your Dashboard. You are able to add credit to the account by visiting our UK Additional Services page and ordering ‘Registered Office Deposit’
