Filing Reminder Settings
You may select to receive filing reminders for all your companys for Annual Returns (Confirmation Statements) and Dormant Accounts.
If you select Yes to "Receive Filing Reminders for Accounts and Annual Returns (Confirmation Statements)" You will then:
- Receive an email when Annual Returns (Confirmation Statements) and Dormant Accounts are about to be due and will need to be filed to keep the company in good standing.
- Be able to set individual companies to receive or not to receive the filing reminder emails.
