Companies House Penalty - Assistance

Price: £49.50

Why do I have a Companies House penalty?

On an annual basis your UK Company may be required to file Accounts and a Confirmation Statement to keep Companies House up to date with all your company details. If the Companies Confirmation Statement or Accounts are not filed or are late, the company could incur a late filing penalty or be removed from the Register at Companies House. The level of penalty depends how late the Accounts are filed. Your company could face a penalty of up to £5,000.

To ensure your company is in good standing it is recommended to file your Confirmation Statement and Accounts on time.

If you do file your Accounts or Confirmation Statement late, the company would have to be checked to see if there are any outstanding penalties.
