An ACSP (Authorised Corporate Service Providers) is a firm or individual that has been officially approved by Companies House to verify client’s identity.

As an ACSP, CFS Formations can assist with completing the new ID verification service on your behalf as well as forming new companies and filing documents on your behalf.

We can assist with ID verifying individuals as part of a new company incorporation or as a standalone service for directors and PSCs (Person with Significant Control) in existing companies.

How do we get ID verified?

Once we have received your order of the ID verification you will receive a link to our third-party verification called Sumsub.

You will be required to upload the following documents:

-              A copy of a passport

-              A copy of a utility bill/ bank statement dated within the last 3 months

-              A short liveness check (similar to a selfie)

These documents will be checked against existing databases to confirm the authenticity of the individual.

Once this has been accepted by our compliance team, we will upload the document to Companies House and tell them that you have been ID verified.

When an individual has verified their identity, Companies House will issue them with a unique verification code, which can be used for any future UK Company Formations and Company Filings. You are able to enter this code when placing an order on our website which will give you exemption of completing the verification process again.
