Did you know we can convert an existing company to a CIC?

A Community Interest Company is most commonly known as a CIC Company, which is type of company introduced by the UK Government in 2005 under the companies Act 2004.

If your business is benefitting the community but is already existing as another company type, you may wish to convert your company to a CIC Company. CFS can assist with converting your limited by shares company to a CIC as an additional service.

The process is simple and stress free, when we receive your order, we will advise you on the next steps and the relevant forms which we would require to submit the application. On average it takes around 5-7 working days to complete a CIC Conversion once we have received all signed documents.
