As a result of this, we will be moving all clients to our efficient scanning service.
Benefits of the scanning service are:
- Access mail instantly – No delays waiting for physical delivery – your post will be scanned the same day we receive it to our office (excluding weekends).
- Improve security – Reduce the risk of lost or mis couriered documents.
- Enhance convenience – View and manage mail from anywhere.
- Reduce paper clutter – Keep your workspace organised and eco-friendly.
Effective from the 10th March, you will begin receiving post received for your company(s) via email. We will keep original copies for two weeks, within this period you are able to request to have the physical copies forwarded onto you, however after two weeks have expired, the correspondence will be safely disposed.
