We register your chosen company name with Companies House, preventing anyone else from using it. The company is incorporated using our registered office address, with CFS acting as the director, secretary, and shareholder.

The company cannot trade while held under this arrangement and exists solely to protect your chosen name. If you decide to trade in the future, ownership can be transferred to you upon request, subject to an administration fee.
