For UK Shelf Company orders, CFS Formations works in partnership with SumSub - a secure third-party platform to carry out quick digital ID and address verification, typically completed within five minutes.
Once a Shelf Company order is placed, customers will receive an invitation to fill out a brief online form, providing the new company and officer details. After processing this information, we will send an email to initiate the verification process, which includes uploading an official ID, proof of address, and completing a Liveness Check (selfie).
Who needs to provide ID:
- Newly appointed Company Directors and/or Persons with Significant Control (PSCs)
- Shareholders holding more than 25% ownership in a company or LLP
- In some cases, additional individuals may be required to verify their identity (you will be notified).
