When this has been accepted, we can proceed with approving the shelf company which only takes 24-48 hours with Companies House.
Once completed, an up-to-date company register, Certificate of Incorporation and share certificates are emailed to you.
Once the company has been transferred to the new owner, you can begin trading immediately!
