All Seychelles Companies are required to comply with the International Business Companies (Amendment) Act, 2021. The legislation now requires all companies to keep their accounting records at their registered office in the Seychelles.
As the majority of IBC’s operate outside of the Seychelles, the 2021 amendments means that the accounting records should be sent twice a year.
Accounting records are defined as transactions in respect to the company’s assets and liabilities, receipts and expenditures, and any other transactions they conduct. This could include:

- Contracts and Agreements
- Any other documentation underpinning a transaction
Although it is the Directors responsibility to ensure the records are kept with the registered office, we will send an email reminder when the accounting records are due. Annual Requirements for your Seychelles Company Registration
