Timescale

Once all documents and bank forms have been received by the bank, it usually takes around 2-3 weeks for the account to be opened.

Please be aware the account can not be processed without the compliance fees being paid. This is paid directly to the account provider not CFS Formations.

  • Articles of Association
  • Business proof of address
  • Register of Director and Members
  • Document for proof of beneficial ownership

Personal documents required

We will require these documents for each officer, beneficial owner and authorised signatories within the company.

  • Contact number and email address
  • Identity document for example passport, ID card or driver’s license
  • ID photo with signature
  • Proof of address dated within the last three months
  • Power of attorney notarised – asserting the right of the person to represent the company’s interests.

Initial deposit

There is no initial deposit however the account must never have a zero balance.

Corporate account has an account opening compliance fee of a maximum 5000 EUR.  This is paid directly to them not CFS Formations and is nonrefundable.
